Q: Will anyone ever know exactly how I personally answered any of the survey questions?
Survey answers are held in the strictest confidence. No personal information is shared with any third party. See our privacy statement.
Q: Will you sell my name and address?
No. You email and contact information are strictly confidential. Your privacy will always be protected. For more information please review our privacy statement.
Q: Is there a real person to whom I can direct my questions about QuantiMD?
Yes. If you have questions about our services, please contact QuantiaMD Customer Support at support@quantiamd.com or 1-800-773-4162, from 8AM to 6PM Eastern Time.
Q. I referred a colleague to your site, why don’t I see any Q-Points credited to my account.
A. The colleague you referred needs to register and become a validated member on QuantiaMD. Once this has been verified, you will receive your Q-Points in the first week of the month following the referral.
Q: What happens if I join, but then decide to cancel my membership?
Simply contact us at support@quantiamd.com to cancel your membership.

QuantiaMD Web Edition supports Internet Explorer 6.0 (or higher), Mozilla Firefox 2.0 (or higher), and Safari 2.0 (or higher)

Q: What types of smartphones does QuantiaMD Mobile Edition run on?
Currently, you can use QuantiaMD Mobile Edition on your iPhone®, Blackberry®, or Google Android smartphone. We will be supporting additional smartphones based on market demand.
Q: What are the system requirements for QuantiaMD Mobile Edition?
An iPhone® or iPod® Touch (second generation) with iPhone 2.2 software update, any Android phone running version 1.5+, or BlackBerry® smartphone (with trackball or trackpad) with a 512Mb or greater storage card and an unlimited data plan. If you plan on travelling outside of your home country, make sure your carrier and plan allow for unlimited international data.
Q: How can I download QuantiaMD to my phone?
Installation is quick and easy. Go to quantiamd.com from your smartphone's browser and follow the download instructions. Installation can be done entirely on your phone and in just a few minutes. If you do not have an account yet, you can register from your phone.
Q: Are there plans to support other smartphone models?
If you don't see your type of phone listed, email mobile@quantiamd.com to be notified of future releases.
